Application
This series of brake control valves can be widely used for rotary mechanisms (open-type system) of hydraulic engineering machinery. It can effectively control the switch of a brake.

Functions and features
1, This series of slewing brake control valves adopt threaded plug-in hydraulic control change-over valves and electromagnetic change-over valves, providing them with simple structure, small size and cost savings
2, Using the new structure that combined hydraulic control two position three-way valve and shuttle valve, to simplify the structure and improve the performance, small size, cost savings.
3. The selected working pressure signal and constant voltage oil source system can realize the fast opening and slow closing of a rotary brake, ensure the stability at closing and opening moment, reduce operation complexity and reflect its high efficiency;
4. The open-type rotary system adopts normally closed braking to enhance rotation safety;
5. The electric operating loose rotary brake is overlaid in the valve group (namely to release the brake once electrified) to improve operation flexibility and cater for different users. The electric operating loose rotary brake can also be used as a crane for "free rotation" working condition to extend the application range of this valve group.
